For the love of chocolate!!

If you're wondering why I chose my blog name to be thepeppermintchef it's because I love mint chocolate, its my guilty pleasure in a world full of temptations.

I cannot find this where I live right now so my friends all know that when we travel home all I need is mint chocolate. We all have that one thing, the one sweet, savory, sour or whatever flavor treat that makes us super duper happy.
You can't help but have a smile on your face when  you finally have it.
Paula Radcliffe said "I feel no guilt in having pleasure"


And so it should be. I'd often wish I could be a child in Charlie's Chocolate Factory and indulge for one day without having the fate of the kids who were naughty.


There's this wonderful Chocolaterie called Maya. It's close to where I work and it genuinely looks like a chocolate factory with pipes and pots flowing through.
It's amazing how a setting  or a smell can entice you so much.
Every time I enter our Chocolate Room at work or get a breeze of that melted chocolate going by it brings a  happiness over me .
